Scope of these Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of the video and audio recording of our past events (“Recordings”) to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound to these Terms. We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to You. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this website at any time without liability to You.
How to purchase the Recordings
We do not accept orders from anyone under 18 years of age. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us with the details to access the Recordings.
We accept payment via PayPal or debit or credit card. The amount payable is exclusive of any tax or sale tax (which, if applicable, must be borne by you).
Your statutory cancellation right
You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of your purchase, however, we may not accept your cancellation request and will not refund your order if you have accessed the Recordings.
Our intellectual property
Access to and use of the Recordings is personal and exclusive to you and you may not distribute, publish or otherwise share the link or otherwise give access to the Recordings to any third parties (including, without limitation, any colleague, co-worker, contractor or agent) without our prior written consent. You agree to indemnify us for any loss arising out of or in connection to the breach of these Terms of Sale by you.
All information, images, audio-visual material, words, phrases, marks, names, logos, code, clips, information or similia made available to you through the Recordings are owned by Fashion Law London LLP and its licensors (‘Content’). All intellectual property rights in and to the Content will continue to vest in Fashion Law London LLP. By purchasing the Recordings you acquire no rights to the Content save for the limited rights and licences provided for in these Terms.
You represent and warrant that You will not use our Content: (i) in breach of any applicable laws, regulations or the rights (including intellectual and privacy rights) of any third party; or (ii) in any manner which is or is intended to be unlawful or fraudulent.
By accessing the Recording and/or Content You agree that You will not: (i) use it for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms; or (ii) copy, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, otherwise tamper with, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit any Recording and/or Content.
Our liability to You
We provide no warranties and disclaim all liability to the maximum extent permitted under English law in connection with the Recording and/or Content. Subject to the foregoing, our maximum liability to you will in no event exceed the price paid by you for the Recordings.

Law and jurisdiction
These Terms will be interpreted and governed in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in resolving any dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms.
